Federal Court of Appeal Decisions
The Federal Court of Appeal has jurisdiction to hear appeals from judgments of the Federal Court and the Tax Court of Canada. The court also has jurisdiction to hear judicial review applications with respect to sixteen (16) federal boards and tribunals listed under section 28 of the Federal Courts Act. It also hears appeals pursuant to other federal legislation.

Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT)
LPAT was formerly known as the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB). This tribunal hears cases in relation to a range of land use matters, heritage conservation, and municipal governance.
This site provides useful information about the Ontario Courts system including the Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice, and Ontario Court of Justice. Information such as Ontario Court Addresses, Notices and Rule Changes, or Ontario Statutes and Regulations are listed. Available on the site are recently released judgments and endorsements for the Ontario Court of Appeal, as well as full-text decisions back to 1998. Also useful are the links to the various rules, such as the Family Court Rules.
This online version of the daily court lists allows court users to search for basic information about next-day court appearances, including the case number, the names of the parties involved and the time, location, and reason for that appearance. The site will be updated around 4:30pm each day and will hold that information for 24 hours.
The Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT)’s decisions are also posted and accessible through the Canadian Legal Information Institute (CanLII) website.
This site provides information about the Court and its library, judgments from 1983, and services and information for parties and counsel, as well as links to the Charter collection. The full-text judgment database is searchable by concept (key words), or with the help of a field search template.
The bulk of the appeals to the Court relate to income tax, goods and services tax, and employment insurance. The Court also hears references from the Canada Revenue Agency. Judgments on the site are available from 1996.
Tribunals Ontario is a group of 13 adjudicative tribunals that play an important role in the administration of justice in Ontario.
